Recognized Degree/National Diploma in Human Resources Development/ Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification.
At least 3 -5 yearsβ experience in the field of training/development. OD-ETDP certificate /assessor/moderator will an added advantage.
Computer literate.
Valid driverβs licence.

Duties
Conduct skills audits to identify training and development needs and compile the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) for the Management Area.
Coordinate, manage and facilitate training interventions in line with the WSP, including conducting needs analyses and designing programmes to address identified gaps.
Administer internal and external bursaries or study loans and ensure effective marketing of available bursaries as guided by Head Office.
Facilitate, coordinate and monitor Learnership, Internship and Experiential Training Programmes, including recruitment, selection, placement and related logistics.
Manage HRD statistical reporting by compiling databases, controlling data accuracy and analysing statistics to ensure compliance with the WSP and operational training targets.
Manage human resources, finances and assets.
Manage performance information.
