Recognized Degree/National Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualifications. 3- 5 years relevant work experience in HR Administration and Management.
Successful completion of full PERSAL training course.

Duties
Administer and maintain the PERSAL system, ensuring accurate processing of appointments, transfers and service terminations.
Handle the administration of promotions, personnel rewards, qualification bonuses and remuneration control.
Manage housing subsidies and official accommodation allocations in line with applicable prescripts.
Oversee leave administration in accordance with public service policies.
Coordinate medical board processes and ensure correct documentation.
Support the handling of disciplinary matters in compliance with relevant procedures and regulation.
Manage human resources, finances and assets.
Manage performance information.
