Duties
Render clerical support for staff transfers and placements.
Assist in processing and compiling appointment memoranda.
Schedule interviews with prospective candidates.
Assist in the interview and selection process.
Present shortlisted candidates to selection panels.
Compile memoranda for shortlists and interview panels.
Secure storage of memoranda and confidential documentation.
Control and manage personnel information.
Retrieve mail from the registration office as required.
Ensure proper management and control of assigned assets.
