Experience
Appropriate experience in a Fees-related environment.
Competencies (knowledge/skills): Good interpersonal abilities.
Strong sense of Confidentiality and communication skills.
Knowledge of Hospital Fees Memorandum 18, UPFS, HIS (Clinicom, AR Systems), Finance Instructions, PFMA and Treasury Instructions.
Computer literacy.
Duties
(key result areas/outputs): Fees revenue and follow-up administration functions according to PGWC policies and procedures.
Collect revenue on outstanding hospital accounts.
Provide Debt Relief.
Perform Main Cashier, general fees administration and account related duties.
Liaise with patients, all categories of staff and other external bodies such as the RAF, WCA, SANDF, SA Police and the Correctional Services.
Assist Foreign, Deceased, MVA Attorney and Research Trial related queries.
File, compile stats and perform relief duties.
