Competencies (knowledge/skills): Knowledge of Assets and Liabilities accounts.
Knowledge of Public Finance Management Act.
Knowledge of BAS and PERSAL.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel).
Duties
(key result areas/outputs): Manage Filing of documentation.
Manage BAS payments, Journal entries and Debt take-onβs.
Manage the allocation of Cash Receipts.
Manage the clearance of various Assets and Liabilities accounts.
Render clerical assistance to the Assistant Director in the Finance section.
