Duties
Promote and administer collective bargaining including leading of negotiations with trade unions at Department, Provincial, or National levels (PSCBC/GPSSBC).
Manage and represent the Department in disputes, conciliations, and arbitration hearings at CCMA or Bargaining Councils.
Develop and implement Labour Relations policies, strategies, and procedures regarding employee relations, disciplinary action, and grievances.
Interpret labour legislation (LAA, BCEA, EEA) and apply public service regulations to ensure compliance.
Coordinate and monitoring of implementation of labour policies and agreements.
