Requirements
Recognized Degree/National Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent qualification with 3-5 yearsβ experience in supply chain management environment.
Knowledge LOGIS system.
Computer literate.
Valid driverβs licence.

Knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 and Treasury regulations.

Duties
Ensure the effective implementation of procurement policies within the region in accordance with applicable legislation and departmental procedures.
Manage and administer tender processes, including preparation, advertisement, evaluation support and award administration.
Undertake procurement compliance inspections to ensure adherence to procurement standards, policies and regulatory requirements.
Conduct procurement related investigations where irregularities, disputes or risks are identified.
Plan procurement activities in line with operational priorities and approved budgets.
Manage and maintain procurement infrastructure and systems to support efficient service delivery.
Manage human resources, finances and assets.
Manage performance information.
