Duties
Coordinate the development and Review of Human Resource Plan.
Coordinate the conducting of Human Resource Assessment.
Coordinate the development and implementation of Employment Equity Plan.
Coordinate Employee satisfaction survey and Exit interviews.
Supervise subordinates and utilise resources (Human and Physical) in accordance with relevant directives and Legislation.
