Duties
Ensure data governance and quality assurance; Collect and analyse data to integrate SCM system performance, improve capacity, and strengthen governance linkages, statistics and reporting, and provide input for training plans and compliance assessment; Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their SCM reporting needs, ensuring that analytical outputs are relevant and actionable, and present findings clearly while integrating all data for cohesive reporting; Foster innovation and continuous improvement in SCM by exploring new technologies and data analytics solutions, staying updated on industry trends, and integrating best practices to enhance analytical capabilities and promote a culture of learning and adaptability; Plan and manage the work of and account for the overall performance of the Sub-directorate; People Management; Financial Management.
