Applicants must utilise the most recent Z83 application form for employment, issued by the Minister for the Public Service and Administration in line with Regulation 10 of the Public Service Regulations, 2016.
All fields in the New Z83 form must be completed, initialled and signed.
Furthermore, a comprehensive Curriculum Vitae (CV) must also be attached.
Failure to attach the completed Z83 and Comprehensive Curriculum Vitae (CV) will result in disqualification.
The New Z83 form is obtainable from any Public Service Department or the DPSA website www.dpsa.gov.za/documents.
Only shortlisted candidates who meet all the requirements of the post will be requested to submit certified copies of qualifications, identity document and valid driver’s license (where driving/travelling is an inherent requirement of the job) not older than six (06) months.
All shortlisted candidates, including the SMS, shall undertake two pre-entry assessments.
One will be a practical exercise to determine a candidate’s suitability based on the post’s technical and generic requirements and the other must be an integrity (ethical conduct) assessment.
