Duties
Key Performance Areas: Develop the business plan in line with the strategic objectives of the department.
Facilitate Recruitment and Selection Processes, Facilitate and coordinate conditions of services and benefits, Develop and maintain establishment spreadsheet.
Coordinate HR Planning and Reporting.
Facilitate and monitor training and development programmes.
Facilitate and monitor Performance Management and Development system.
