Duties
Key Performance Area: Manage skills development planning.
Manage coordination of capacity building programmes.
Manage coordination of learnerships, internships programmes and Workplace Integrated Learning Plan.
Management of Bursaries.
Ensure institutionalisation of the Performance Management Development System.
Ensure planning and contracting towards development of performance contracts.
Monitor progress reviews and evaluate performance.
