Duties
Implement programmes and policies for Employment Equity Act and Regulations.
Conduct Director-General Reviews, Re-assessment and Monitoring to ensure compliance with Employment Equity Act and Regulation.
Collect information to evaluate impact of Employment Act programmes.
Provide technical advice on the specific to Employment Equity Act programmes.
Provide technical advice on the sector specific to Employment Act matters.
