Duties
Key Performance Areas: Manage the development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation systems, frameworks, and policies.
Promote a culture of evidence-based decision-making and accountability across the department.
Oversee capacity building of staff on M&E processes and methodologies to enhance M&E skills at all levels.
Ensure effective monitoring of programs and initiatives.
Lead the evaluation of programs to assess their effectiveness, impact, and value for money.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance M&E processes and outcomes.
Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of data collected for monitoring and evaluation purposes.
