Key Performance Areas: Develop and maintain efficient and effective Organisational Structure.
Coordinate the development of Standard Operating Procedures.
Develop business process re-engineering strategies to enhance efficiency.
Facilitate the development and review of job descriptions.
Coordinate job evaluation processes.
Conduct assessments to measure and improve organisational productivity across all levels of the department.
Conduct Organisational Functionality Assessment.
Facilitate change management initiatives.
Compile comprehensive reports on the progress of organisational development initiatives and assess their impact on the departmentβs goals.
