Duties
Provide management support, guidance and direction to personnel under your supervision towards the realisation of strategic goals and objectives of the nursing division.
Co-ordinate the proper utilization of physical, human and financial resources in accordance with the legislation policies.
Participate in health promotion, illness prevention initiatives and contribute to their evaluation.
Maintain constructive working relationships with nursing personnel and other stakeholders (multi-disciplinary teamwork).
Function as a health care professional according to the applicable norms and standards.
