Requirements

Experience

  • Appropriate previous supervisory experience. Appropriate experience in the Emergency Call Centre environment Inherent requirements of the job: Ability to work shifts and overtime

  • leading
  • organizing and control abilities. Ability to work well under pressure. Computer Literacy with MS Word
  • Excel and Power point
  • Outlook and Internet.

Duties

(key result areas/outputs): Cost Effective Management of allocated overtime needs.

Effective Human Resource Management, Training and Development and the management of Labour Relations matters.

Supervision and Management of all Administrative Requirements.

Effective Communication and Liaison with internal and external clients.

Support to colleagues and the Centre Manager.
